Why AI Initiator
I'm Douglas Baker. I created and delivered the training program for 500+ new hire Vehicle Operators on Tesla's Autopilot team. That experience taught me something that shapes everything I do today: the gap between powerful AI technology and actual human adoption is enormous — and it's a people problem, not a tech problem.
